Oxnard/Port Hueneme is the next area as you travel North and is a culturally diverse area. From agricultural business to Outlet Malls and everything in between, this area has a large variety of housing opportunities. From the Seaside communities of Hollywood Beach, Silver Strand and the new Seabridge to the North Oxnard area where you can find Golf Course property, Oxnard/Port Hueneme has something for everyone. There is a rich downtown area where the Hispanic Heritage is easily appreciated. This area also gets the cool ocean breezes which keep the temperature moderate all year long.

Ventura would be the northern most city on the county's "Gold Coast". Ventura is probably the most recognized of the cities to most folks. Perhaps due to the 101 freeway being named the "Ventura" freeway, perhaps because if it's rich history as a Beachy surfing town. Whatever the reason, Ventura has it all!
